You have followed the directions to the four steps perfectly and now you have dozens of unread messages and nothing seems to be in your inbox?

Step 5: Where did all my email go?

Your mail is not all gone and your inbox is not destroyed.

In the next few paragraphs, you will find some quick and easy ways to find your mail and clean up your mail box.

Cleaning up your Inbox

Step 1:
Right click (Control-click on a Mac) on your Unread mail. Choose Mark all as read. All of the unread email disappears from your side menu.

Step 2: Turn down the little triangle in front of the Inbox just under you name with the orange Outlook icon. You will find old folders from your ENA inbox in the drop down menus.

Step 3: Organize your mail. You can drag and drop your folders to organize them.

Right click on your name in the list to create new folders. Click on your name with the orage outlook icon to create a new folder in your mailbox. You might make it ENA Mail Archive.

Move your old ENA folders to your Name to remove them from the Inbox. Just click and drag your old folders up to your name with the orange outlook icon and it will move the folder up a level to you mailbox and take them out of your inbox. You can drag them directly to a new folder or they can be stand alone folders.

Checking your Junk E-Mail

Take a look at the menu on the left side of your screen. You can find any new messages sent to your @knoxschools.org account from other @knoxschools.org accounts or @k12tn.net accounts in your Junk E-Mail folder!

To stop this from happening, click Options in the upper right of the screen. Click on Block and Allow in the left side menu. Mark Don't move mail to my Junk E-Mail Folder. We will send out information on training your Junk mail at a later date. Don't forget to click Save.
