Office365® for Education Update
At some point, Microsoft will be upgrading our email system from "Live@edu" to "Office 365 for Education". For the most part you won't notice any difference; your login and email address will be the same and your email folders, calendar events, and contacts are going to be right where you left them.  Along with this upgrade to Office 365 for Education, we will be getting some new tools to help communicate and collaborate even better; Lync Online and SharePoint Online.  More information and training about Lync and SharePoint will be passed along to you next semester, we’ll keep you posted.
 
You will know when the email system has been upgraded because after you log in (using the same website  www.outlook.com/knoxschools.org  and login/password you are currently using now) you will be greeted with a screen similar to this:
Once we have been upgraded to Office 365 for Education, feel free to watch the tour videos or read the quick start guide under “Start here,” and to get to your Email - simply click on Inbox under “Outlook”.  No additional training will be needed for your email, calendar, or contacts as it will look and respond just as it always has (see below).
